White Zinfandel Sangria

Kim Spry of Carrollton, Texas can whip up a great Sangria.  Dana M., Miss Di, and I have enjoyed sipping these in the past.  I am sure that Miss Kim will not mind if I pass this on to you.

1  760 Ml. Bottle of Chilled White Zinfandel

1/2 Cup Peach Schnapps

2 Tablespoons Cointreau or other Orange Liqueur

2 Cinnamon Sticks Broken in half

1 each: Lemon, Orange, Peach, all sliced into wedges

1  10oz Bottle of chilled club soda

Ice Cubes

Mix together all ingredients (except the club soda) in a tall pitcher.  Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.  Mix in Club Soda.  Fill 6 wineglasses with ice cubes, pour Sangria over Ice and serve.  As Miss Kim would say, “Bon Appetit”.
